Event: Death Cafe

Oct
28

A Death Cafe is a scheduled get-together for the purpose of talking about death over food & drink, usually tea & desserts. Individuals can discuss their understanding, thoughts, dreams, fears & all other aspects of death and dying at these events. All discussions are respectful conversations that lift the veil off the taboo subject of death.

Please join us for this event hosted by Kristina Neville and come ready to share experiences about death, dying, grief and loss. And please be willing to listen to others do the same within a non-judgemental, caring environment where all ideas, experiences, thoughts and opinions are shared in a respectful way! There will be hot tea and allergen free cookies to enjoy during the event. Donations are welcome and will be given to Peaceful Parlour for donating these goodies and the space for our chat. Space is limited so please reach out if you plan to attend.

About Kristina:
Hello everyone! My name is Kristina. I am a state certified Death Midwife, public school & reiki master teacher and sign language interpreter. Within my various interests, I am deeply passionate about helping facilitate choices during end of life care. My work in Death Midwifery led me to the Death Cafe. It is my belief that it is possible to emerge from these discussions feeling refreshed and less burdened than when we came. I am honored to be hosting this event at Peaceful Parlour!
