Organic, roasted Chicory Root, Cichorium intybus. I’ve noticed a nutty aroma and its an enjoyable bitter. Add milk, cream or my recent favorite, whipping cream for a wonderful latte. Many people turn to Chicory Root as a coffee substitute.
