The Longevity or Shou symbol is common in Asian art and denote happiness, harmony and longevity of life and also immortality. The symbol’s origins come from Taoist beliefs which suggest connections with nature are the true way or path to enlightenment. A great tool for promoting attention and mindfulness in yoga studios, classrooms, and offices, as well as for individual meditators at home.

Inside each meditation bowl box you'll find a cushion, striker and a hand-cast brass bowl along with instructions for how to use the bowl for a simple meditation. Each box is made with sustainably harvested Himalayan lokta paper over recycled paper board.
