Shipping

We ship all items using the United State Post Office.  Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on shipping address from the items in your shopping cart.  Items are shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase.  Please note that your items are shipped using  repurposed packaging and boxes.  We avoid using new  materials as much as possible.

Return Policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from us!  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund of your purchase price, provided that items are returned within 30 days and in in their original packaging (re sellable).  We regret that we cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping.  Please notify Peaceful Parlour or call 630-232-6300 of the reason for the return.

Please include a copy of the original packing list with your shipment.  It is suggested that you use delivery confirmation service when returning the items as Peaceful Parlour is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Sales Tax

In accordance with state law, we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Illinois.  Sales tax is applied to the total pre-tax, which includes shipping and handling.
